On occasion of the Sustainable Foods Summit, taking place at Okura Hotel in Amsterdam on June 25-27th, organisations in the organic, fairtrade and sustainable food industries will debate and discuss the major pathways to sustainability, and learn how companies can go beyond organic to adopt fairtrade practices, promote biodiversity, offset carbon emission, mitigate climate change, etc.

The summit aims to address the major issues the food industry faces concerning sustainability and eco-labelling. Case studies will be given of companies who have successfully and legitimately met the sustainable challenges. Major Summit themes include sustainability pathways & eco-labelling, investing in sustainability, building sustainable supply chains and marketing & industry issues.
